SAMAC Type 4 Housing Wall Ties are light-duty stainless steel connectors designed for standard domestic cavity wall construction. Used to tie together the inner and outer leaves of masonry, these ties provide reliable structural stability in low-rise housing and typical residential developments up to 10 metres in height.

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, these ties are built to perform in cavity environments where long-term durability is essential. Featuring a multi-drip design, they prevent moisture transfer across the cavity, helping to protect internal structures from damp ingress. Designed for ease of installation, they can typically be installed either way up and are available in a range of lengths (e.g. 200mm–275mm+) to suit common cavity widths.
