Returns Policy

At Direct Fastening Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

· Returns are only accepted if the goods are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

· Returned goods must be in a condition suitable for resale.

· Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for a refund.

2. Timeframe

· You must notify us of your intention to return goods within 14 days of receipt.

· Once authorised, goods must be returned to us within 14 days.

3. Restocking Fee

· A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to cover handling and administration costs.

· This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

· This fee will be advised upon refund.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please complete our Online Return Form [link to your form]. Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll send you:

· The return address, and

· Instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Please do not return items without submitting a return request first — unregistered returns may not be processed.

5. Refunds

· Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.

· Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (minus any applicable restocking fee).

6. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

· Opened or used products.

· Products not in their original packaging.

· Special order or custom products.

· Goods returned after the return window has expired.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
