SAMAC Type 2 General Purpose Cavity Wall Ties are designed to securely connect the inner and outer leaves of masonry cavity walls, ensuring structural stability and load distribution across the construction. Suitable for domestic housing and low-rise commercial projects (typically up to 15 metres in height), these ties are widely specified for standard cavity wall construction in the UK. 

Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, SAMAC Type 2 wall ties offer excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability within the cavity environment. Installed as brickwork progresses, they are embedded into mortar joints to create a strong mechanical bond between both leaves. Available in a range of lengths (e.g. 200mm–300mm+), they accommodate different cavity widths, making them a versatile solution for modern masonry builds.
